Jessica Wapner talks about a recent article in Health Affairs that attempts to argue that increased data exclusivity will result in additional drug approvals and extended life expectancy. Clearly, Wapner is not swayed by the argument and notes that the authors have ties to industry lobby groups. As always a very interesting read.
